## 4.1.2.2. New group/Conditions for joint signature

Depending on the type of signature validation required that has been defined for the application, it allows creating a new group or a new set of conditions or rules for joint signature. The button ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/AKp9o4ESamTHpX42EKdv/blobs/vOqtWD222GKwFnQ78bQY/image3.png) of the toolbar offers the same functionality.

## 4.1.2.3. Edit

Shows the details, the set of parameters that define the tree item selected. The button ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/AKp9o4ESamTHpX42EKdv/blobs/Jtrpz6P1GsciSc3J0slR/image4.png) of the toolbar offers the same functionality.

## 4.1.2.4. Delete

Deletes the set of parameters that make up the tree item selected. The button ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/AKp9o4ESamTHpX42EKdv/blobs/zwbssTqVI7Yr8M8nL4XT/image5.png) of the toolbar offers the same functionality.

## 4.1.2.5. Create by copying

![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/AKp9o4ESamTHpX42EKdv/blobs/DofJNuHdxM6IgCGr3RO3/image6.png)

Allows creating a new application with the same set of parameters as the one selected in the tree, except for the name, which must be different.

In the process, the groups or joint conditions and the users associated with the original are also copied. **Once the copy has been made, the application must be edited and another set of data, signature, rejection and sending directories defined for it, or any others that must be different from those of the original application.**

## 4.1.2.6. Refresh

Refreshes the content of the tree and the list. The button ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/AKp9o4ESamTHpX42EKdv/blobs/NT93yhNXrWsO2rN0xtng/image7.png) of the toolbar offers the same functionality.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/publico-editranff-v6.2-windows-en/administrador-de-onesait-ecosystems-editran-ff/barras-de-menu-y-herramientas/menu-operaciones.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
