# Before issuance

The previous P1PRESEPA is provided.

Example:

Now we will see EXAMPLE 2 where the transformation will be from XML file to \*FILE

* The file list is populated in the program that transforms the CLI1SEPA files
* CLI1SEPA calls WORKERSEPA:
* It is indicated that if the step is: “X” --- \*FILE to XML.
* or “F” --- XML to \*FILE
* Editran, in a first step for case “X” transforming from \*FILE to XML, will pass the files read in XML format. It will create a list, LSEPA0000, whose content is a list of files with the names of the generated XML files. Next, step A1P will pull from the new file list LSEPA0000, and load them

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/ibm-editran-v5.3-iseries-en/sepa/cls-and-procedures/before-issuance.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
