Only in issuance rules, users defined as Local type can sign the application's files, as permitted by the profiles with the user relationships registered for this rule.

These fields are:

* User: The name by which the user will be identified.

In the case of performing multiple signatures, it may be required to be a signature or countersignature.

* Signs files (Y/N): The user can sign files. If a user signs, they cannot also be a counter-signer.
* Countersigns (Y/N): The user's signature must be countersigned.
* Requires countersignature (Y/N): The user's signature must be countersigned.
* Counter-signing user: This is the name of the user associated with the submission who must countersign. They must have counter-signature permissions and can never be the same as the user defined in that rule.
* Maximum total amount: Maximum amount authorized for the user for the total of the file's operations. In the case of issuance rules, it will be locked.
* Maximum partial amount: Maximum amount authorized for the user per operation. In the case of issuance rules, it will be locked.
* Signer role: This is the person's role in the signature.
* Certificate alias: this is the alias of the user certificates.
* Keystore path: where the user certificates with private key are stored

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/ibm-editran-v5.3-iseries-en/editran-ff/graphical-interface/user-management/presentation-sessions/issuance-signing-rules.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
