# Extract certificate from the CA

The installation package itself includes several CA certificates, including the DNI CA, Editran, FNMT and TGSS, so it is not necessary to carry out this process. However, it is described here in case any CA changes its certificate.

In this example we will extract the TGSS certificate. If we do not have the CA certificate, we can obtain it by taking one of the signers' certificates, opening it and going to the Certification Path tab. We select SGI (CA) and double-click

We go to Details, copy to file and another window opens. We select X.509 Encoded Binary DER and save it

Now we already have all the necessary data

Once we have the CA, we would add it to the store as mentioned in the section Error! Reference source not found.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/ibm-editran-v5.3-iseries-en/editran-ff/appendix-a/extract-certificate-from-the-ca.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
