4 general states are considered in the selection of presentation sessions:

* Interrupted. This would include states 17, 27 and 37. Presentation sessions not completed (states 10, 20 and 30) would also be considered interrupted, but with some transmission session (see annex 5.2) in state 07 or 17.
* In progress. This would include states 10, 20 and 30, provided that there is no transmission session associated with that presentation in state (see annex 5.2) 07 or 17.
* In transmission. This would include states 10, 20 and 30, provided that there is some transmission session associated with that presentation in state (see annex 5.2) 11 or 12.
* Finished. This would include states 00, 18, 28, 38 and 40.

&#x20;3 general states are considered in the selection of transmission sessions:

* Interrupted. This would include states 07 and 17.
* In progress. This would include states 02, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
* Finished. This would include state 15.

States 00 (initialized) and 01 (active) are considered in the presentation state query.

## Presentation summary file (ZTBEFMR)

Generated from historical data. It may contain the data corresponding to all presentations existing in the history or to those finished within a given time interval.

Its organization is sequential, leaving the user responsible for managing and classifying the successive files obtained in each process according to the needs of their installation.

There will be a first record indicating the selected interval for generating the file.

Each presentation is determined by its code, direction, and date and time of completion.

Within a presentation, records are differentiated from one another by the record type field as follows:&#x20;

* 00: Selection.
* 10: Presentation.
* 20: File.
* 21: Totals of the files associated with the presentation.
* 30: Transmission.
* 31: Totals of the transmission sessions associated with the presentation.

Records of the same type (20) are distinguished by the corresponding order number.

Types 10, 20 and 30 are direct data from the history. Types 21 and 31 are obtained by totaling types 20 and 30 respectively.&#x20;

The record format is as follows:

### Selection record <a href="#toc303669339" id="toc303669339"></a>

There is a single record per file.

It determines the time interval for completion of the presentations used in obtaining the file, as well as the time of creation.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/ibm-editran-v5.3-cics-en/statistics-and-monitoring/appendix.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
