# Definición al catálogo VSAM
## Tampón Específico
Es definido y borrado por editran/G mediante llamadas al “IDCAMS”. Contiene una única sesión de transmisión.
Únicamente es necesario definirlo al CICS puesto que es editran/G quien lo define y borra a partir de los datos de perfiles.
De cualquier forma, el jcl ZTBPJITE define un fichero tampón específico con las siguientes características:

## Tampón Matricial
Es conveniente que sea definido por el usuario, de este modo tiene la oportunidad de especificar el número de registros que considere adecuado.
Para definirlo existe un jcl (ZTBPJITM) que lo crea con las siguientes características:

Como se puede ver este tipo de tampón tiene la SHAREOPTION (3,3).
Si al iniciar el proceso de editran/G no existe el fichero, se definirá asignando al número de registros la suma de los registros asignados a cada una de las sesiones de transmisión asociadas a la presentación en curso.
## Tampón Desatendido
Es obligatorio que sea definido por el usuario.
Para definirlo existe un jcl (ZTBPJITD) que lo define con las mismas características del Tampón Específico, pero además lo inicializa.
## Tampón EXCI
Es obligatorio que sea definido por el usuario.
Para definirlo se utiliza el mismo jcl que en el caso de los tampones desatendidos (ZTBPJITD).
## Tampón Público
Es obligatorio que sea definido por el usuario.
Se define del mismo modo que el Tampón Matricial (ZTBPJITM).
