# View

When the user who is viewing the details of a file does not have viewing permission, regardless of the format to which the file corresponds, the file content is not shown. On the contrary, when the user accessing it does have viewing permission:

* If the parameter **File format** of the *file group* is one of the banking formats, *Connect* offers a user-friendly view in which the file content is arranged in tables with rows and columns and in which the largest operation amount and any errors are highlighted, if there are any. This view is intended to make the file verification easier for the signer and in no case modifies the original file, which is the one that is actually signed. The file view is complete except if the format is `Transfer`. In this case, the view is partial (individual operations are excluded, default value) except for those who have been specifically granted permission for full viewing (includes individual operations).

* If the parameter **File format** of the *file group* is `Multiformat`, the file is shown as is.
* If the parameter **File format** of the *file group* is `No format`, the file is not displayed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/connect-v3.1-en/firma/firmadeficheros/detallefichero/visualizacion.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
