# Controllers

In the last step of the setup of the *file group*, the list on the left will show all those system users who have the signature controller role or the administrator and signature controller role. When selected in the list, the following parameters can be configured:

* **View and check files**: if this option is checked, the user will be able to view the contents of the documents belonging to this *file group*. When the file format is `Transfer`, the display will be partial (it will not be possible to view the individual operations of the file).
* **Reject or move files**: if this option is checked, the user will be able to withdraw temporarily or permanently (delete) files by removing them from the signing flow. They will also be able to recover documents belonging to this *file group* to return them to the signing flow.

Once the parameters of the four sections have been completed, **Configuration**, **Signers group**, **Users – Groups** and **Controllers**, the button will be pressed **Save** to save the complete configuration of the *file group*. If the system finds no conflict with the rest of the *file groups* already configured, the new *file group* will be created and added to the list of *file groups* of the system.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.editran.onesait.com/documentacion-editran/connect-v2.1-en/firma/administracionconnectfirma/grupoficheros/alta/controladores.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
