# Comment

From the view **File details**, the user can both read and write informational or warning comments regarding the file.

To mention other users involved in the comment in the *file group* that applies to the file, the # character will be entered and the user to whom you want to refer in the message will be selected from the list displayed. In this case, the mentioned user is notified by email, which includes the comment in which their name was mentioned.
